There are so many things going on in the world nowadays that even seeking help can be overwhelming. Sometimes, we don't know where to start. Sometimes, we just need someone to help encourage us and tell us that we can do this. We all need help sometimes and that help comes in many different forms. My name is Alex Harville, and my goal is to help you become the best version of yourself by overcoming the barriers created by mental illness to achieve your goals. Mental illness is part of us, but it doesn't have to be the only part.
By working together, we can come up with a plan of action to help identify the issues, determine necessary steps to addressing those issues, and then help you step out on that path to the life you want. Mental illness is a weight that makes it hard to be the best version of ourselves, but together, we can overcome that barrier.
My goal is to create a safe place for each individual so that we can walk along the path to recovery. My own struggles with addiction and mental illness have inspired me to help others find that compassion for themselves and walk alongside you in this journey to healing. Using a person-centered approach and solution focused techniques, we can find peace.
